The Falcon, Warmington - a 45 minute walk or 5 minute drive from both huts. Huge outdoor area and lovely food. Would recommend calling ahead.
The Plough, Warmington - small cute pub in Warmington. An hours walk or 7 minute drive.
The Kitchen at Arlescote - (also known as The Kitchen at Farnborough, it moved during lockdown) - lovely deli and outdoor eating area. Great for lunches and warmer evening dinners. Call ahead as it has slightly unpredictable opening times.
Dun Cow, Hornton - lovely local pub. About a 10 minute drive or 1.5 hour walk. Has large tippee in the garden.
Rose and Crown, Ratley - 10 minute drive. Lovely cosy village pub
The Castle, Edgehill - 10 minute drive. Amazing views off Edge Hill
The Royal Oak, Whatcote - 20 minute drive. Michelin Star. Really wonderful, definitely book ahead
The White Horse, Kings Sutton - 20 minute drive. Wonderful tasting menu. One of my favourites. Book ahead
The Red Lion, Culworth - 20 minute drive. Really lovely food. Call ahead as it has slightly unpredictable opening times

Walks
Don’t forget you can explore the farm. There’s 500 acres to explore and some lovely animals to meet. There’s also an OS map on the book shelf to explore the local area
Cropredy - 10 minute drive away. Some lovely walks along the canal. There’s some nice circular walks and a cafe and pub in the village. Check the OS map for walking routes
Broughton Castle - 10 minute drive. Beautiful castle and grounds to explore
Burton Dassett - 10 minute drive. Beautiful hills to explore. Dogs on leads only
Towns
Leamington Spa - my favourite local town. About a 20 minute drive. Lovely parks and shops as well as independent shops
Stratford-upon-Avon - Shakespeare’s birth place. 20 minute drive. The river is beautiful. Very impressive theatre. The Farm is just outside and is a really lovely farm shop
Banbury - nearest town, 5 minute drive. Has all your amenities
Oxford - 45 minute drive. Really beautiful and lots of great shops and restaurants
Bicester - 30 minute drive. Bicester Village for lots of shopping
Woodstock - 40 minute drive. Beautiful town with lots of independent shops and cafes. Just next to Blenheim Palace, which is also lovely to explore

Bourton on the Water, Stow on the Wold and Chipping Norton - lovely Cotswold towns. 25-40 minutes away. Really beautiful with nice little shops
Outdoor activities
Stratford bike hire - hire bikes to cycle along a traffic free cycle path, just outside Stratford upon Avon
Avon boat hire - hire boats in Stratford upon Avon
The Farm - is a beautiful farm shop just outside Stratford upon Avon (there are other farm shops nearer by, but this one is particularly big and beautiful)
Warwick boat hire - hire pedalos, kayaks, canoes and stand up paddle boards. You can boat right underneath the castle.
Valley Farm equestrian centre - a riding school just at the bottom of the village
Edge Hill Shooting or Honesberie Clay Pigeon Shooting - Two clay pigeon shooting centres a few miles away, call ahead to book some tuition

Daylesford Farm Shop - 40 minute drive - beautiful farm shop in the heart of the cotwolds. With cafe and lovely walks. Bourton on the Water and Stow on the Wold (both beautiful cotswold villages) are very nearby
