Set within 500 acres of beautiful Warwickshire countryside, you’re free to wander and explore the surrounding landscape. Keep an eye out for the farm’s friendly residents including emus, Highland cattle, kune kune pigs and donkeys.

Public footpaths run through the land and connect to wider countryside routes, making it easy to enjoy a relaxed stroll or a longer scenic walk. An OS map is provided in your hut, complete with suggested walking routes and directions to nearby pubs.

Local Pubs and Villages

There are welcoming country pubs within walking distance, perfect for a leisurely lunch or an evening drink after a day outdoors.

The nearby market town of Banbury is just a short drive away and offers independent shops, cafés and local history.

If you’re looking for something more active, we can help arrange local experiences such as horse riding, archery or clay pigeon shooting.

You’re also perfectly placed to explore the edge of the Cotswolds, with its picturesque villages, rolling hills and historic houses. Popular nearby attractions include Upton House, Broughton Castle and Farnborough Hall.
